Autism is a neural development disorder that affects their ability to socialize normally by impacting their abilities to utilize verbal and non-verbal communication. Every year, the world observes World Autism Awareness Day  to bring awareness to this growing health concern about the causes, symptoms and prevention of autism. This day aims to spread awareness about the disorder and support people who are suffering from it. This day marks a global event which is about the acceptance, support and inclusion of autistic people and the advocacy of their rights. As a team we wear red colour things and do coding.

EU Code Week is an initiative which aims to bring coding and digital literacy to everybody in a fun and engaging way. Sacide Koç just received a certificate of excellence for participating.

eTwinning kapsamında "eGüvenlik Haftası" için kodlama çalışması, eğitici soru cevap yapıldı. Güvenli internet merkezi uzmanı Aydın ÇATAK tarafından ilkokul öğrencilerine yönelik online güvenli internet seminerine katılım sağlandı.

Her geçen gün önemi daha iyi kavranan e-Güvenlik kavramı artık dijital ortamda bireysel güvenlikten öteye giderek, kurumların ve ülkelerin politikalarına dahil olmuştur. Uluslararası geçerliliği olan bu etiket, okullara uluslararası platformlarda öncelik ve prestij kazandırmaktadır

Okulumuz, aralarında ülkemizin de bulunduğu Brüksel Merkezli 38 Avrupa Ülkesinin Eğitim Bakanlıklarının üye olduğu Avrupa Okul Ağı ( Europen Schoolnet) in değerlendirme kriterleri doğrultusunda, 2023 yılında okulları ve öğrencileri internetin zararlarından korumak ve güvenli internet kullanımında farkındalık yaratmak amacıyla uygulamaya konulan ''eSafety Label'' ( Güvenli İnternet Etiketi ) bronz etiketi almaya hak kazanmıştır.

We participated the project called "Eko twinneri" in the 2023-2024 academic yer. The first meeting of the project was held on 28.09.2023. The meeting started with the speech of the projecet founders than the project partners met.

The meeting was conducted in a friendly atmosphere, the partici pants listened with interst and watched the presentations of the event coordinator.

We would like to thank everyone who cotributed.

Turk-Japon Vakfinin duzenlemis oldugu 2. Afet Risk Azaltma Projesine kaynak saglamak amaciyla okulumuzda proje yarismasi baslatilmistir.Birinci secilen ogrencimizin projesi degerlendirilmek uzere Ankara Turk Japon Vakfina gonderilecektir.

The purpose of this project is developing environmental awareness and getting to know important enviromental dates and events. Secondly, encouraging students to independently research, think, solve problems and collaborate. Lastly, encouraging students to get involved in solving environmental problems of the local community with the intention of improving the quality of life.

Sacide KOÇ ELT

It's a project that during the period our students will work one of the goals and they will try to find solutions these problems. Turkish P4C team will prepare P4C plans and all partners will use P4C lesson plans to provide students understand the problems and find solutions. We plan to improve our students's thinking and creativity skills. In addition our students vocabulary knowledge in their mother tongue and in the target language will improve.
